1. How long does it take to list and start selling my home?
We will have your property listed on Rightmove, Zoopla and our website within 24 hours of capturing professional photos, 360 virtual tour and floorplan of your property. If you would like to set a specific date to list your property we are happy to do so.
2. Where will Aspire Properties list my property?
We will list your property on national property websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, on our own website and also on our social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, that way we can achieve the best possible exposure for your property
3. What happens if my property doesn’t sell?
If in the unfortunate event that your property doesn’t perform as expected, our team will provide you with a new strategy to help get you back on track. We offer a no sale no fee structure which will save you from any upfront costs.
4. How do I book a valuation?
You can head over to our valuations page and fill in the form with your contact details and a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Alternatively you can give us a call on 0113 863 1455 to book your free no-obligation property valuation with one of our dedicated agents. We will work with you to decide on a sale price that you are happy with.
5. Who will do the viewings on my property?
It’s your choice! We can manage viewings for you, or you can choose to host viewings yourself and we will always be available to help with advice and tips on how to conduct viewings and present your property in it’s best light.
6. Do I need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
An Energy Performance Certificate (or EPC for short) is a legal requirement that everyone needs to sell their property. They are required every 10 years, if you’re not sure whether you have a valid EPC you can give us a call on 0113 863 1455 and we can check for you.
7. How does no sale, no fee work?
You won’t pay any fees to us unless your property sells! After your property is sold subject to contract, we will send an invoice to your solicitors / conveyancers to be paid on completion. If payment isn’t made on time we will contact you directly.
